Our man for detail. Thanks to Christoph Löser, our product is reliable and energy-efficient. Data volumes that make others dizzy and machine learning on embedded systems are exactly his thing. His thesis “Design and implementation of machine learning methods for miniaturized systems” builds on his work at DUALIS GmbH IT Solution on the “Analysis and pre-processing of data for use in machine learning” and his experience at XENON Automatisierungstechnik GmbH on the “Design of real-time communication for data exchange between system, digital image and optimization”.

Paul Ruppelt

Sales & agile project management

Communication is everything, whether in a team or with customers – binding statements, transparency and a good feeling are the basis of every collaboration. With agile project management, Paul Ruppelt brings all of this together. Thanks to his experience as a project manager and authorized signatory at Enloc Connect GmbH, he is optimally prepared for the commercial, organizational and strategic tasks. He was nominated for the Saxon Transfer Prize of the FutureSax network for the transfer project on the “Full automation of energy market processes using artificial intelligence” between the Institute for Applied Informatics and Enloc Energy GmbH as a Germany-wide energy supplier. In addition to his role as Managing Director, he is also responsible for sales.

Dipl.-Ing. Ingo Langheinrich

Product Development & Business Development

Ingo Langheinrich’s thesis on “Anomaly detection with deep learning for predicting system failures” in the Mechatronics degree program focused on how to successfully process large amounts of data on tiny devices and which algorithmic approaches are suitable for condition monitoring. He learned how important predictive maintenance is for the semiconductor industry as a system operator at Infineon Technologies AG. He gained valuable experience in the Business Development department at VON ARDENNE GmbH for more than three years and is now focusing on hardware, algorithms and signal processing in addition to product development.

Professor Christian Mayr

TU Dresden

Prof. Christian Mayr has held the Chair of Highly Parallel VLSI Systems and Neuromicroelectronics at TU Dresden since 2015 and is currently continuing his successful research on neuromorphic circuits as part of the EU Flagship “Human Brain Project” (HBP). His research interests include bio-inspired IC systems, biologically inspired artificial intelligence, brain-computer interfaces, A/D converters, and all aspects of mixed-signal VLSI design.

He is the founder and Head of Research and Development of the deep-tech spin-off SpiNNcloud Systems, founded in 2021, for highly parallel and energy-efficient applications in the field of artificial intelligence.

Frank Bösenberg

Silicon Saxony

Frank Bösenberg is Managing Director of Silicon Saxony e.V., Saxony’s largest high-tech network for the semiconductor and software industry with 450 members. As a self-financed information, communication and cooperation platform, Silicon Saxony has been connecting manufacturers, suppliers, service providers, colleges/universities, research institutes, public institutions and industry-relevant start-ups in Saxony and beyond since its foundation in 2000.

As Managing Director of Eurogrant GmbH, he supports companies from the application and partner search through to the final report and auditing of projects, especially those funded by the European Commission.
